Peas , Aloo Masala recipe for stuffing

Ingredients:
Peas in a bowl
Boiled Potatoes – 1 -2 pieces
Tomatoes – 1 medium sized
Onion – 1 medium sized
Garlic – 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tablespoon
Green chillies – 1 (Chopped)
Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Coriander – chopped 1/4 bunch
Directions:
Boil the the peas and  potatoes and chop the potatoes into small size cubes
chop the tomatoes and Onions
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry the onions, till they change color.
Now add tomatoes and chopped garlic and continue to fry over medium heat till the tomatoes turn soft.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, garam masala and boiled potatoes ,peas and mix.
Sauté on medium heat for about two minutes.Do not add any water.
Add salt to taste and mix. Put a lid on and leave the peas aloo masala on low flame for a minute.
Switch off the flame. Stir, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with any thing or use it for stuffing.
